However, at no time will Luxe Lash Beauty & Co. request or ask to enter financial information from our users via the website, this information is only requested by the secured payment systems of PayPal to collect/process information.
We understand unexpected circumstances can occur and due to unforeseen events you may not be able to make your scheduled appointment. In the event of this happening and you may need to postpone your appointment, we appreciate that you would provide us with 24 hours notice. If not, you may be required to compensate your last appointment fee in order to book a new one.
Arrive on time
We ask our clients to arrive at their scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality experience with the stylist. If late, your scheduled service fee will remain the same, although your “lashing” time may be shortened due to time constraints.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be rescheduled at our discretion. Please take into consideration of traffic time and parking.
We will not perform refills on other eyelash technician’s work. This will compromise the quality and product of Luxe Lash Beauty & Co. If you currently have eyelash extensions, they must be removed before receiving your first new set with us.
All new clients are required to pay a $40.00 non-refundable booking fee at the time of their booking. You must have a PayPal account to do so.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, E-transfer, and Cash. Cheques are not accepted.
